Team Big Sac members Tyler Shelgren, Mark Sikora and Eric Gribkoff will be competing at the April strongman contest in Fresno, CA. Mark was out of town this past weekend, but here’s some footage of Tyler, Eric and Bree training for some of the Fresno events:

What the Hell!?!?!? What’s with all the time between Yoke and Farmers?
On TYler’s last run it was 31 seconds between yoke and when he actully started the pick.
There are ways to be much quicker. We will discuss on Sunday.
