Good job Mark, looked solid. You moved the weight off that squat rack with ease…like I move a case of beer from my truck. Looked like on your bench you set your body down in a different spot than on the first couple tries. I’m glad Chunk Mickey found another Mark that is stronger than he is to workout with! Stay healthy!
